Shipping your package

Returns
Pursuant to Article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products ordered. This right of withdrawal is valid on all products in the catalog of the site www.elge-art.com (except personalized orders), on the condition that the products are returned in their original condition (in their original packaging). . When the right of withdrawal is exercised, Elgé undertakes to reimburse the customer for all sums paid as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which this right was exercised. This reimbursement is possible by any means of payment on simple request from the customer. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
